Guilt can be difficult to deal with but if you do it will make things better. You don’t have to fear abandonment but you can’t make boundaries in a vacuum, you need support.
There are fears we have from childhood that may keep us from making healthy boundaries with people. And also our comfort in our discomfort may also keep in boundaryless relationships.
